by Herb Cohen
A book about negotiation, by Herb Cohen, a master negotiator. His main points are that you need to listen a lot and try to understand what the other party needs and what their limitations are, and that you should care, but not that much (it says so right on the cover), because if you can not walk from a deal, you will get the short end of it.
The book less structured than his first book You Can Negotiate Anything, and does not add much new insights. It is mostly filled with anecdotes, not so much a hands-on guide. I prefer the earlier one.
